Stephanie Kraczkowski, MEd, LPC, NCC, NCSC, CMT

   Stephanie has a Master's degree in Counseling from Campbell University, a Post Master's Certificate in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from East Carolina University and an Associates's degree in Exercise Science from the International Sports Sciences Association School of Exercise Science. She is also currently enrolled in doctoral studies in psychology. She has 16 years of experience with the public school system. She's served as a special education teacher for 6 of those years teaching children with different abilities. 10 of those years she served as a school counselor. She has a great deal of experience serving children and families in crisis and experiencing challenges providing for each other's needs. 

    Stephanie has also been interested in fitness and wellness from an early age. She has been a personal trainer since 2013 and fitness instructor with Grand Lakes Club, Anytime Fitness and Sports Fitness and Aquatics on Fort Rucker. She began yoga practice 3 years ago and was immediately amazed by the power of meditation, movement and breath used in synchrony to promote all facets of wellness. This was the final push prompting the opening of Samata Wellness Solutions. 


Kelsey Tew

 Kelsey graduated in 2018 from Enterprise School of Massage at the top of her class with distinction. She has demonstrated considerable aptitude in the area of clinical techniques.

  Kelsey takes a collaborative approach to therapy. She listens intuitively to her clients and their physiology. Then, she partners with them in developing and implementing restorative, effective treatment plans all in a curative setting. Kelsey’s use of this kind of goal ownership creates teamwork whereby the client is open to active healing while she provides incisive, goal-driven therapy. 

   Kelsey is a Licensed Massage Therapist with the state of Alabama. She currently offers Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and hot stone massage therapy services. She is particularly talented in techniques that focus on the head, neck and shoulders. Kelsey has always been passionate about massage and the healing power it has to offer. She looks forward to continued professional growth and expanding her scope of practice to be able to offer an even broader range of services.

   When Kelsey is not working, her favorite pastime is being a mom. 

   Samata Wellness Solutions is a culmination of nearly 25 years of training, experience, and passion. We have been serving minds, bodies and spirits since 2017; providing counseling, massage therapy, personal training, private yoga, and group fitness to the Enterprise, Alabama area. Our goal is to help people find their paths to lifelong wellness.  

   Samata Wellness Solutions was founded on the principle that giving people what they need and placing it within their reach is the right and fair thing to do. Alabama is currently in the midst of a mental health crisis. With the cuts in funding to community mental health facilities, people are left on their own to navigate their way to affordable care. We, at Samata Wellness Solutions understand the impact this has had on our community. We feel that EVERYONE  DESERVES quality mental health care and wellness, regardless of income, race, gender, age, creed, sexual orientation or culture.

Kailla Peoples, PhD

Couples and Relationship Coach

   Dr. Kat Peoples earned her doctorate in counseling from Duquesne University. She is a life coach who has been working with clients since 1999. She is very active in the behavioral health community in the capacity of professor, researcher and published author. She founded developed The Template Relationship Coaching Program and The Fidelity Survival Plan. Dr.

    Kat uses a wide variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches. in particular, Dr. Peoples' theoretical base for therapy incorporates existential and Socratic philosophies with solution-focused methods. She is client-centered and targets logic-driven goals based on her clients' strengths.

   Because counseling and coaching are such personal processes, Dr. Peoples targets the goals that her clients' have established for themselves. This way, they can use her expertise to guide them in a way that fits their distinct needs and circumstances while still receiving specific outcomes and solutions for change.

   Dr. Kat Peoples specializes in coaching and counseling people who are struggling with addictions, depression and anxiety, and most notably, relationship issues, sexuality, and sexual addiction. Her approach is collaborative and non-judgmental with a focus on concrete goals for making instant adjustments.  She helps clients see how they might be limiting themselves to help them alter their patterns and offers relevant techniques and strategies that fit each client’s individual context.

Karen Warren

   Karen comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is New Jersey born but native to New York State. Karen completed High School and earned her Licensed Practical Nurse credential in New York. She served 4 years Active duty Army and another 20 years in the Navy Reserves. She separated in 2007 as Chief Petty Officer with the Seabee Combat Warfare designation. Karen worked with Southern Bone & Joint as an LPN for 20 years. She then found a passion for Dermatology before retiring from nursing in 2015.  Since her retirement, Karen has found new passions for being a grandmother and a world traveler.

Christina (Nina) Woods, MSW, LICSW, CTTP, CEIM

Certified Educator of Infant Massage

   Nina received a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of New England in 2015, with a clinical concentration for Individuals, Families and Groups.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Auburn University in 2006.  She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, licensed by the Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners, license number 4293C.      She is also a Certified Trauma Treatment Professional, and also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage. 

    Her experience includes serving communities locally and abroad in capacities such as: School Social Work, Victim Advocacy, Infant Massage,  Postpartum and Mindfulness groups, Clinical Social Work for Child, adolescent and adult outpatient services, and Primary Therapist for adolescent residential treatment.

    The greatest of Nina's passions is being a mother to her son.
